Usage

Butter is churned out of curd made from the milk and boiled to get this delicious ghee. Ghee can be added to vegetables, curries, and slathered over rotis. One can have 1-3 teaspoons of ghee during the day. Ghee strengthens the body eliminating toxins, boosting immunity at the same time. Ghee can also be used for hair care and as a skin moisturizer rich in omega acids.

 Not recommended for high heat applications like frying. Mild residue and colour difference is natural and a sign of purity.
